Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and a passion for helping individuals achieve mental wellness. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients, conducting mental health assessments, and developing personalized treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid and current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
- Registered Intern as well as licensed are welcome.
