We are seeking a Part Time, On-Site Property Manager to at the Fenner Square Apartments. This role is crucial in ensuring tenant satisfaction and maintaining property standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the property, ensuring compliance with all regulations and policies.
- Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive community atmosphere.
- Coordinate leasing activities, including showings, applications, and lease signings.
- Ensure maintenance requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of property finances and tenant interactions.
- Conduct regular property inspections to uphold quality standards.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate and provide services as required by the LURA
Qualifications
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC and Fair Housing regulations.
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
