Compensation and Benefits:
- W2- Paid weekly
- $.60-.65 CPM *ALL MILES* Based on Experience
- Per diem $80 per day— Tax free
- Layover Pay— $200
- Short Run Pay— Minimum 75 Miles: $200
- Tarping: $50 per Tarp
- 2,200–3,200 miles per week
- Drivers Avg. $1800-2100 per week
- HOME TIME: 1 Day earned per 1 week out
- Clean DOT Inspection— Level 2: $75, Level 1: $100
- Driver Referral Bonus: Up to $1,000
- Michigan Residents: Medical Insurance after 30 days
- Non-Michigan Residents: Health Insurance Stipend: $100 per month
- Paid Orientation— 1 Day: $200
- PTO after 1 year— 1 Week or $1200
