Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a hospitality setting.
Duties
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Assist in managing reservations and waitlists
- Provide guests with menus and ensure they are attended to promptly
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
- Proficiency with POS systems, specifically Aloha POS, is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Strong customer service and guest services skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to help ensure an enjoyable dining experience
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
