The Courtyard by Marriott Arlington South and Residence Inn Arlington South are seeking an energetic and results-driven Dual Sales Manager to lead sales efforts for both properties.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to grow market share, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the success of two outstanding Marriott-branded hotels in the Arlington market.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales activities, prospecting, and account management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners.
- Identify and secure new corporate, group, and extended-stay business opportunities.
- Conduct hotel tours and showcase the unique features and benefits of both properties.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and follow through to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and account information in Marriott systems.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership teams to achieve revenue goals and market share growth.
- Participate in networking events, sales calls, and community engagement opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Previous hotel sales experience preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships and generate new business.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Experience with Marriott systems and sales tools is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting two hotels.
