Duties
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and calendar management to ensure efficient workflow
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, appointments, and client visits with precision and flexibility
- Oversee vendor management activities such as scheduling deliveries, supplies procurement, and maintaining professional relationships
- Supervise administrative staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance and service quality
- Handle human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and supporting payroll processes using QuickBooks or similar software
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, filing systems, and medical office documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval of information
- Assist with event planning for staff meetings or community outreach initiatives to foster team engagement
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a healthcare or home care setting
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for payroll, budgeting, and bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Knowledge of medical office management practices and human resources procedures
- Experience with schedule management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Ability to handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and front desk responsibilities efficiently
