About the Role
As a Food Production Associate, you'll be an essential part of our production team, helping prepare, cook, package, and maintain the quality of our food products. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and reliability are valued.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
What You'll Do
- Prepare, cook, and package food products according to company standards
- Portion food into containers accurately and efficiently
- Inspect products to ensure quality and identify any defects or damage
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming inventory
- Organize stock and assist with inventory management
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
Required Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and work on your feet throughout an 8-hour shift
- Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous food production, kitchen, or cooking experience
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual (English/Spanish)
