As a Customer Service Associate, you'll assist customers with shipping, packing, printing, mailbox services, and a variety of business solutions. No two days are the same, making this an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and working with the public.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer
- Assist customers with shipping through USPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers
- Professionally pack items to ensure safe delivery
- Process incoming and outgoing packages
- Operate computers, point-of-sale systems, printers, copiers, and other office equipment
- Assist with mailbox rentals and business service requests
- Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Learn and promote the full range of shipping and business services offered by the store
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, retail, shipping, or office experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable using computers and office equipment
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs. when necessary
- Willingness to learn shipping procedures and company systems
- Willingness to travel between locations when necessary
