Base Pay: From $44.05 per hour, with higher pay based on experience
Additional Pay: $2.00 shift bonus + $2.00/hour differential for hours worked between 2 PM–6 AM

The Role
We are looking for an experienced Industrial Electrician to support a food manufacturing facility in Fort Atkinson, WI.
You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical systems and production equipment while supporting overall plant reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment
- Install and maintain panels, breakers, wiring and controls
- Bend and install conduit and pull wire
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints and technical documents
- Troubleshoot electrical controls and components
- Record maintenance work within the CMMS
- Follow electrical codes and plant safety procedures
- Support other plant maintenance activities as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience
- Experience with electrical panels, controls and wiring systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
- Licensed Journeyman preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
