The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through new sales. Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue new market segments and potential clients through research and networking
- Create and manage the sales pipeline utilizing CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions
- Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
Requirements
- Proven ability to win new business
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within a competitive industry
- Strong skills in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer relationship management
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for growth strategies
- Familiarity with marketing principles to support lead generation efforts
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding business portfolios
Compensation
