Position Title: Showcase Presenter
Reports To: Director of Sales
Purpose
A Showcase Presenter conducts a 45-minute podium presentation for groups of customers for the purpose of soliciting a vacation ownership plan.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Follows a structured presentation for 45 minutes with the intent to sell vacation ownership plans.
- All other duties as assigned.
General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED referred.
- Maintain a performance criterion that is measured by monthly sales reports.
- Nevada Real Estate or Timeshare license is required.
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent customer services skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Timeshare license required
Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
- Regular Hours and Weekend
