Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Aide to support classroom teachers in creating a positive, engaging, and fun learning environment for students ages 4-8. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with students, assist in implementing educational activities, and foster a nurturing atmosphere that promotes development. Duties
- Assist teachers in preparing and organizing instructional materials and classroom resources aligned with Missouri core competencies.
- Support students with core subjects through hands-on activities and individualized attention
- Help manage classroom behavior by implementing effective behavior management strategies and classroom management techniques
- Provide care and supervision for children during activities, transitions, meals, and rest periods to ensure safety and well-being
- Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress, document observations, and communicate developmental milestones or concerns
