SUMMARY
Our company needs experienced BOARDERS & FOLDERS to join our team.
**BOARDER REQUIREMENTS -
Board socks following directions on lot ticket, pulling socks to specified length, aligning heel & toe, and properly align pattern logo.
1. Must comprehend instructions on lot ticket
2. Responsible for neatly stacking & accurate count of each lot boarded
3. Responsible for monitoring & adjusting heat according to dampness of goods
4. Must process & submit production tickets to payroll daily
5. Must be physically able to bend over and pick up socks to load tray
**FOLDER REQUIREMENTS
To complete packaging of goods for shipping
Responsibilities: Stickering, banding, swiftacking, folding, boxing, and bagging.
*****Pay for both positions are an hourly rate for training, then a set rate, plus production.*****
