Description: Positions involve the design and development of A to D converters, PWM controllers, voltage regulators, switching regulators ICs in Bipolar and CMOS technology. Prior IC design in power management experience desirable. Senior levels require MSEE and related experience with emphasis in advanced semiconductor device/component engineering. Duties include design, simulation, layout, verification, characterization, prepare /review test solutions and specifications, develop integrated circuits documentation.
Candidates should be self-motivated and possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
