Overview
We are looking for a passionate and reliable experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you'll be an essential part of preparing delicious meals in a lively, fast-paced setting. Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items following established recipes, presentation standards, and quality guidelines.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station, including proper food handling and storage practices to ensure safety and hygiene.
- Support the team during busy service periods by ensuring timely meal preparation and presentation.
- Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation procedures to create a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality output.
- Help with inventory management by reporting shortages or issues with ingredients or supplies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or sit down restaurant settings is required
- Strong knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and guest interactions.
