We are seeking an agent who thrives in a fast-moving environment, understands the Long Island market, and is confident guiding buyers from consultation to closing.
This opportunity is ideal for an agent looking to increase production while leveraging strong systems, lead opportunities, marketing support, and operational infrastructure.

Ideal Candidate:
- Active NY Real Estate License
- Previous production experience preferred
- Comfortable servicing a wide geographic area throughout Suffolk County
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Organized, responsive, and client-focused
- Motivated to grow within a high-performance environment
- Comfortable working evenings/weekends as needed for buyers
