Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay is an independent locally operated and funded affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International. Habitat for Humanity Monterey Bay brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope. Our mission is to build decent, affordable homes and provide home ownership opportunities to qualified families who live and work in Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. Together, our volunteers and families have built 65 homes, with further plans to extending through the foreseeable future.
The Homeowner Services Associate supports prospective and current homeowners by delivering customer service, administering homeowner assistance programs, and guiding clients through the homeownership process. This role assists with program eligibility, application processing, basic mortgage lending support, and credit review report review, while ensuring compliance with program guidelines. The position administers and promotes the CalHome and Serna programs, maintains accurate records, and collaborates with staff and community partners to ensure equitable and effective service delivery. Bilingual/Spanish skills are highly desirable.
Pay: $36.00 per hour
