Description:
Parker Garage Doors is an industry leader in commercial and residential garage door installation and repair, is seeking an individual with positive high energy, great customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to join our office team in Phoenix, AZ. The position covers various aspects of customer service including answering customer calls, determining customers’ needs and meeting customer needs for service and requests in a prompt and efficient manner. The ability to maintain a professional, calm and organized demeanor is critical in this type of position. The position also includes dispatching communicating with service technicians throughout the day.
What we need from you:
- Answer 4 incoming lines with a team in the office.
- Make outgoing customer calls to make appointments for service and installation.
- Determine customers’ needs and schedule according to their service requirements and service technician’s availability by area for the state of Arizona.
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-stress situations calmly and effectively
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple, concurrent projects.
- Positive attitude with good people skills
- Ability to promptly handle multiple detailed tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- QuickBooks: 1 year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
