Full-time earning potential About the Opportunity We are seeking experienced solar professionals who already hold a valid California Home Improvement License Or the ability to obtain one? It's very easy. Takes about 3 weeks and $200 to join us as Direct Solar Dealers. If you’ve been selling or working solar for a corporate company and are tired of capped commissions, strict territories, and giving away most of your earnings, this is your chance to become your own boss and keep the lion’s share of every deal.

Previous experience in solar sales, solar design, or solar installation (corporate or independent) Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to earn significantly more and reliable transportation Excellent communication and customer service skills
