Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and energetic Support Specialist to work one-on-one with an engaging 15-year-old youth with autism in their home and community. The ideal candidate will help build independence, implement behavioral strategies, and foster social skills.
Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30-7:30
Key Responsibilities
- Skill Building: Teach daily living and independence skills.
- Behavior Support: Implement established behavior intervention plans.
- Documentation: Track daily progress and behavioral data accurately.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the family and clinical supervisors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 1 year working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Education: High School Diploma required; degree in Psychology, Education, or Social Work preferred.
