Dismount, mount, and repair commercial and PLT truck tires

Inspect vehicles using company-provided equipment

Perform onsite tire installation and repair services at customer locations

Ensure the safe operation of company vehicles, adhering to all traffic regulations
-
Work outdoors in various weather conditions
-
Maintain a clean work environment and properly care for equipment
-
Participate in training sessions and adhere to safety procedures and company policies

Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers

Work as a team member in the shop for customer tire needs
-
Experience with commercial and PLT tires
-
Knowledge of commercial and PLT tires and the mounting processes
-
Ability to lift, pull, or push tires weighing between 30-250 lbs
-
Proficiency in mounting commercial and PLT tires with or without mechanical assistance

Capability to safely change and repair commercial/PLT tires in all weather conditions
-
Ability to be on an on call roation for 24hr service
