HVAC Technician
Location: Mobile, AL / Montgomery, AL

A fast-growing commercial construction company is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to lead small field crews on commercial HVAC and mechanical projects. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on quality installation, troubleshooting, and supporting project completion.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor small mechanical crews.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Work with piping, ductwork, mechanical rooms, pumps, fans, motors, valves, and equipment.
- Read blueprints and coordinate with project teams and other trades.
- Track materials, resolve jobsite issues, and maintain safety standards.
- Support equipment startup, commissioning, and punch list completion.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of commercial or industrial mechanical construction experience.
- Previous Foreman, Lead Mechanic, or Senior Mechanic experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Ability to read construction drawings and solve field issues.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in commercial construction environments.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
