Junior Sales Associate
BrightRoc Marketing is hiring motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Junior Sales Associate. In this face-to-face sales role, you'll represent AT&T inside assigned retail locations by educating customers, recommending products and services, and generating sales.
This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in sales, customer service, marketing, and business development. No prior sales experience is required—we provide paid training and ongoing support.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers inside retail locations
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Recommend solutions based on customer needs
- Generate sales through face-to-face interactions
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist with enrollments
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing training
Qualifications
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable interacting with customers throughout the day
- Reliable transportation to the office and assigned retail locations
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
