Commercial General Contractor headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland has an opening for a full time superintendent. You MUST have commercial construction experience.
We are looking for candidate with prior construction superintendent experience (min of 5 years), supervision skills, a willingness to travel and strong communication skills. Computer, Internet and Email experience is a plus. You must be a team player and able to work with Owner and Project Manager to keep job on track and meet the schedule. You will responsible for managing all phases of construction and subcontractors in the field.
Our work includes ground up, tenant fit out and renovations. You must be able to read plans and direct people. You should have a good driving record and your own transportation. Competitive pay commensurate with experience.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
