About Us
We are a vibrant, new, indoor sensory play gym in Grayson, GA. Our mission is to create a safe, fun, and inclusive space for neurodivergent children (across the lifespan) and families, where they can access therapy-grade equipment (like swings, slides, zip lines, and trampolines) all day, every day. In addition to open play, our facility will include opportunities for children to have a birthday party, enroll in holiday/summer camps, participate in Pre-K prep curriculum, access rehab-related therapies, receive a sensory-friendly haircut in our newly created salon (on campus), and engage in inclusive athletics. Our facility accommodates workspace and incorporates special programs for all ages, including teens, young adults, and parents/guardians. Truly, a one-stop shop!
Role Overview
This is a passion-driven role for someone who loves working with young children in a joyful, supportive environment. As our Pre-K Prep Lead, you will design and lead engaging small-group sessions (ideally 5 children or fewer) that prepare neurodivergent and neurotypical children for Pre-K success through early learning, sensory integration, and social-emotional development.
You will facilitate rotational, multi-sensory experiences across dedicated spaces:
- Classroom Instruction
- Arts & Crafts / Fine Motor Skills Room
- Open Play Gym Area
- Basic Athletics + Movement Zone
At our center, communication is a full-body experience. We believe children learn best when all five senses are engaged through purposeful play. You’ll create meaningful activities that build foundational skills while honoring each child’s unique needs and strengths in a fully neurodiversity-affirming environment.
