We’re seeking two dedicated school psychologists—one at the elementary level, another at the high school level. Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid certification as a School Psychologist
- Prior experience in school settings preferred
- Comfort collaborating with multidisciplinary teams—including educators, administrators, and families
- Strong assessment, counseling, and crisis intervention skills
- Familiarity with developing IEPs, conducting functional behavior assessments, and progress monitoring
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
- Compassionate, student-centered approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results to guide interventions and recommendations
- Provide individual and group counseling to support student wellness and success
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and case conferences
- Support students, staff, and families through consultation and advocacy
- Develop and lead evidence-based prevention and intervention programs
- Help create a positive and inclusive school environment by addressing barriers to learning
- Maintain accurate, confidential records according to school and legal guidelines
