Customer Service Representative
Rayne Water of Irvine is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic office support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in a supportive and fast-paced environment.

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we’re excited to find a new team member who will help us build lifetime relationships with our valued customers.
Compensation: $20/hour
This role is ideal for someone with prior phone experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Accounts Receivables and maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
- Handle incoming customer phone calls, answer questions, and resolve product or service-related issues. Occasionally, follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Take payments and provide assistance related to billing or account inquiries.
- Represent Rayne Water with a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Utilize strong organizational and communication skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Prior customer service and multiline telephone experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and patient with both customers and colleagues.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ability to adapt to new situations and learn quickly.
- Familiarity with the geography and driving times within the Rayne branch service area is helpful but not required.
Requirements:
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Experience handling a high volume of calls in a service-related industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on honesty and integrity in all tasks.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- A passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
