We are seeking an experienced and passionate Line Cook to join our kitchen team at All Seasons, a premier golf simulator, bar, restaurant, and social club. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious meals for our guests in a fast-paced and exciting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food items following our standard recipes and cooking techniques, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and set up for daily service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station and kitchen area, adhering to all health and safety regulations..
- Remain calm and focused during busy service periods, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Adhere to portion control standards to minimize food waste and control costs.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries, ensuring proper rotation and inventory management.
- Contribute to menu development and special event planning as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions from the culinary leadership team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
