Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of manufacturing offices and spaces. Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Conduct floor care activities including carpet cleaning, polishing hard floors, and applying appropriate maintenance techniques.
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as trash removal, window washing, and light landscaping tasks when required.
- Practice manual handling procedures safely when lifting heavy furniture or equipment to prevent injury.
- Maintain organized housekeeping supplies inventory and notify management when stock levels are low.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally.
- Follow established sanitation protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
- Familiarity with housekeeping management systems is a plus.
- Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or walking.
- Previous experience in office environments is advantageous.
