Guest Service Associate
If you are a people person, join our team! We are looking for a highly organized candidate with excellent people skills for the position of guest service representative. Guest service representatives are responsible for providing front desk services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension in hotels, among other duties such as housekeeping.
Responsibilities
· Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed.
· Administering check-ins and check-outs.
· Providing front desk services to guests.
· Assigning accommodations and taking care of administrative duties to support resort operations.
· Processing agreements for the seasonal campers.
· Delivering mail and messages.
· Processing guest payments.
· Being a source of information to guests on various matters such as transport and restaurant advice.
· Accommodating general and unique requests.
· Diffusing conflict or tense situations with guests.
· Assist with housekeeping duties as needed to ensure guest room and common area are cleaned and well-maintained.
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED.
· 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
· Hospitality experience preferred
· Exceptional interpersonal skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Good time management and organizational skills.
· Conflict resolution experience.
· Patience and good listening skills.
· Ability to lift at least 25 pounds

Pay: $14.28 - $18.00 per hour
