ATR Management LLC operates an Avis Budget Car and Truck Rental location in Middletown, Rhode Island. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Rental Sales Agent to join our team long-term!
We are primarily seeking a full-time employee, but we are open to considering a part-time candidate for the right individual. Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred, but we provide paid, hands-on training for the right candidate. Hourly pay is competitive, negotiable, and based on relevant experience. Employees are also eligible for pay increases as they take on additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Rent, return, and prepare rental vehicles for customers
- Clean and inspect rental vehicles
- Assist customers in person and over the phone
- Recommend products and services to meet customers' needs
- Meet individual and team sales goals
- Complete daily reports and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to remain on your feet and effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and ability to provide outstanding customer service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
