Abilities, Inc. at The Viscardi Center, a non-profit serving individuals with disabilities is seeking a Job Coach to provide support and guidance to individuals at their place of work to ensure they are successful in their jobs. Types of support include:
- Reinforcement of job tasks
- Assistance in developing social integration skills
- Interview preparation
- Skills training
