Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician in Lewistown, Pennsylvania.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive relationship-driven medicine

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $220,000+ based on experience
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Outpatient-only practice setting
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan
- Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans
- Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment
- Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships
- Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

Requirements:
- MD or DO REQUIRED
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine REQUIRED
- Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license REQUIRED
- Active DEA license REQUIRED
- Strong patient-centered communication skills REQUIRED
- Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting REQUIRED
