PART TIME POSITION
This is a part-time position consisting of approximately two overnight shifts per week, with occasional 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM evening shifts based on operational needs. Applicants should be flexible and available to cover additional shifts when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing routine safety checks, and controlling access to the property
- Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers
- Support guest relations by addressing special requests and providing local information to enhance their stay
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in front desk or night audit roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs efficiently
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively
- Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members
- Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort or luxury environments, is advantageous
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security
