Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager at Wingstop. The General Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.
Key responsibilities include
- Weekly inventory
- Placing food orders
- Overall organization and cleanliness of the store
- Creating and managing the schedule
- Finalizing payroll
- Onboarding and training new staff
Qualifications
· Experience meeting restaurant performance goals, including customer service, sales, and team performance.
· Track employee performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, and develop team members for internal growth and promotion opportunities.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service management role is required (3+ years preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Comfortable working in a kitchen setting
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Experience working with Aloha POS systems
All candidates must be ready, willing, and able to work a fully flexible work schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays to meet the fluctuating business demands.
