Location: Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon INSIDE of Walmart
We are looking for friendly, dependable, and energetic team members to join our Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon family! Crew Members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing fresh pretzels, cinnamon rolls, beverages, and other menu items in a clean, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, takes pride in food quality, and thrives in a team setting.
Essential Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve Auntie Anne's and Cinnabon menu items according to company recipes and food safety standards.
- Operate the cash register and accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, front counter, dining area, and storage areas.
- Restock ingredients, packaging, beverages, and supplies throughout the shift.
- Monitor food quality and freshness to ensure products meet brand standards.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning equipment and preparing the store for the next shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- No previous food service experience required; training is provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service.
- Experience operating a cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Food Handler Certification (if required by state or local regulations).
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Frequently bend, reach, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds.
- Work safely around ovens, mixers, and other kitchen equipment.
