Minuteman Press Loveland is looking for a Customer Service/ Sales Representitive & Production Specialist who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and delivers high-quality work.
This is a hands-on role combining design, print production, and customer interaction. You’ll work both behind the scenes and directly with customers, quoting jobs, processing payments, and ensuring every project is done right.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare print-ready files
- Operate digital and large-format printing equipment
- Cut, finish, and assemble print products
- Provide accurate quotes and process customer payments
- Assist customers in-store, by phone, and via email
- Manage multiple jobs while meeting deadlines
- Ensure quality and consistency on every order
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with Adobe, Microsoft products
- Customer service experience (retail or client-facing)
- Ability to quote jobs and handle payments confidently
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a strong work ethic

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
