Compensation
Lead Barista
- $18/hour + tips + commission average of $6 to $8 more with tips
What You'll Do
- Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality.
- Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages and other menu items to 787 Coffee standards.
- Deliver fast, friendly, and consistent service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked café.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work as part of a team to create an exceptional guest experience.
- Learn and uphold 787 Coffee recipes, standards, and culture.
Additional Responsibilities for Lead Baristas
- Lead by example and help create a positive team culture.
- Coach and support baristas throughout each shift.
- Help maintain operational, quality, and cleanliness standards.
- Assist with training new team members.
- Partner with leadership to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
- Leadership and sales experience required

Lead Barista Qualifications
- Previous coffee, restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership experience required.

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
