As Assistant Manager, you help run the store day to day alongside the Store Manager — leading people, managing operations, and driving results. You'll be the person-in-charge when the Store Manager is away.

Support daily operations, opening/closing, and shift coverage

Help schedule, train, and develop the crew

Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries

Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and health-code compliance

Handle cash management, deposits, and daily sales reporting

Support hiring and onboarding of new team members

Help drive sales targets while controlling labor and food costs

Serve as person-in-charge in the Store Manager's absence

1+ year of QSR / food-service or retail supervisory experience

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable with scheduling, POS, and basic P&L / reporting

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Food Manager certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
