Pure Shine Pros is currently looking for dependable and detail-focused cleaning professionals to work with us as independent contractors.
In this position, you will complete residential and light commercial cleaning and organization jobs, delivering consistent, high-quality results that leave each space fresh, clean, organized, and client-ready. Services may include general cleaning, laundry assistance, trash removal, and helping clients organize areas of their homes as needed. We value reliability, strong attention to detail, and individuals who take pride in their work.
This opportunity offers full flexibility—you can accept jobs based on your availability. Work is available mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekdays, and weekends.
Pay is structured per job rather than hourly, allowing you to increase your income based on efficiency and performance. Most contractors earn the equivalent of $22.50–$40+ per hour, with typical jobs ranging from $50 to $300+ depending on size and scope.
Responsibilities:
- Complete detailed cleaning and organization of homes and occasional commercial spaces
- Perform tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, laundry, and trash removal
- Assist clients with organizing closets, kitchens, bedrooms, living spaces, and other household areas when requested
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and other living areas to a high standard
- Follow provided cleaning checklists to ensure consistency
- Travel to client locations within the service area
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Report any damages or concerns promptly
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning or home organization experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Ability to handle physical tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
- Professional attitude and good communication skills
Pay & Work Details:
- Pay is per job (not hourly)
- Typical earnings range from $22.50–$40+ per hour equivalent
- Jobs typically pay between $50–$300+
- Contractors must provide their own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Tips are encouraged and kept 100% by the cleaner
