Join Our Team as a Fun, Outgoing Part-Time Marketing Associate!

ACRE Windows & Doors is looking for 4 energetic & reliable people to join our marketing team. You will represent our company at local weekend events such as fairs, fall festivals, & community events! If you're an extrovert who loves talking to people and enjoys a flexible schedule, this is the perfect opportunity.
- MUST be available to start training (company paid) by the week of August 31st.
- MUST be available to work your first event the weekend immediately after Labor Day (9/12 & 9/13).

We are looking for individuals that are available to work:
- Every weekend every month (except major holidays - you'll be off)
*We need every applicant to be available to cover every Saturday & Sunday in September (starting with 9/12 & 9/13) & October (Fall is our busiest season). After that, having an occasional weekend off is OK.
**Occasional weekday event opportunities available. Not required but a big plus if you have the ability to cover these. Please be aware that this is almost exclusively a weekend job except for those few weekday events.
Location:
We have many events scheduled in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, & Montgomery counties along with central & south Jersey. If you live in any of these areas we have many events available for you to work. Apply to find out more.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down our booth.
- Engage with event attendees, invite them to learn about our products, and ask about their window/door needs.
- Schedule free, no obligation in-home consultations and give them a 30% off coupon for doing so.
- Transport a small set of booth supplies (travel compensation provided).
Requirements:
- Must meet availability requirements mentioned above.
- Own a reliable vehicle.
- Willing to travel up to an hour from where you live to a community event on a weekend. Although most events will be within about 30 minutes of where you live and you'll be assigned the events closest to you.
*No experience needed—we provide paid training!
Schedule:
- Average 14-18 hours per week.
Compensation:
- Starts at $15 per hour plus an opportunity to earn daily bonuses at each event.
