Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Framer to install metal stud framing systems on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience reading blueprints, laying out walls, and framing to spec on job sites ranging from tenant build-outs to ground-up commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, framing plans, and specifications
- Layout and install metal stud framing (walls, soffits, bulkheads, ceiling grid/framing as needed)
- Frame door and window openings, headers, and blocking for fixtures/equipment
- Install track, studs, and bracing per code and project specifications
- Coordinate with foremen and other trades to keep work on schedule
- Ensure framing is plumb, level, and square, and meets quality standards
- Follow all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA requirements
- Maintain tools and equipment; keep work areas clean and organized
- Accurately report daily progress (we use Procore for field daily logs)
Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial metal stud framing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in framing (screw guns, track layout tools, lasers, etc.)
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders/lifts at height
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification a plus
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well on a crew

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
