TCP Transactions Coordinator
The Commercial Professionals are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Transaction Coordinator to manage real estate transactions from contract to close. This position is responsible for communication with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and internal team members while ensuring documents, deadlines, compliance items, and closing details are completed accurately and on time.
Duties:
● Send transaction introduction emails to all parties, including title, buyer’s agent, client, and lender.
● Track major contract milestones, including execution date, inspection schedule, option period, financing deadline, appraisal status, closing disclosure, and closing date.
● Follow up with lenders, title companies, agents, and clients regarding transaction updates,
missing items, and potential delays.
● Collect, review, and upload required documents into SkySlope and Google Drive.
● Confirm earnest money, option fee, referral agreements, W-9s, commission splits, referral fees, and additional transaction fees are properly documented.
● Update Monday.com with transaction details, pending status, closing updates, and file completion notes.
● Update listing statuses to Pending, Sold, or Closed across applicable platforms.
● Arrange sign and lockbox pickups after closing or listing changes.
● Send client review requests and assist with post-closing follow-up.
● Monitor pending transactions weekly and communicate updates to agents and leadership.
● Log communication and activity in Follow Up Boss.
Experience:
● Real estate transaction coordination, listing coordination, title company, brokerage, or
administrative experience preferred.
● Experience with SkySlope, Google Drive, Monday.com, Follow Up Boss, MLS platforms,
ZipForms, or similar systems preferred.
● Strong understanding of real estate contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and closing processes
preferred.
● Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
● Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, documents, and parties at the same time.
● High attention to detail and ability to identify missing information, delays, or compliance issues.
Requirements:
● Active Realtor license required.
● Valid driver’s license required.
● Reliable transportation required.
● Must be organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable communicating with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and internal team members.
● Must be able to work in-office and manage time-sensitive transaction deadlines accurately.
