Monday to Friday (3 days per week only)
8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Starting Pay: $25.00 per hour

About Us
We are a busy multispecialty practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and highly organized Medical Assistant to join our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Room patients and obtain vital signs
- Prepare patients for examinations and pain management procedures
- Document patient histories, medications, and treatment plans in the EMR
- Assist physicians and providers during patient visits and procedures
- Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and imaging requests
- Schedule follow-up appointments and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans and instructions
- Process prescription refill requests in accordance with office policies
- Maintain exam rooms, clinical supplies, and equipment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and clinic protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Medical Assistant experience in a Pain Management, Orthopedic, Neurology, Spine, or related specialty practice preferred
- Medical Assistant Certificate preferred
- Experience with EMR systems
- Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
