Inspector (Label Finishing & Quality Inspection)Position Summary
We are currently seeking Inspectors to join our team. In this role, you will rewind, inspect, and finish printed labels according to work instructions while ensuring all products meet strict quality standards and customer specifications. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Rewind, inspect, and finish labels in accordance with work instructions
- Perform detailed visual inspections to identify defects and ensure product quality
- Measure product dimensions using micrometers, calipers, and rulers
- Bag and label finished products accurately
- Log product movement and inspection results in the system
- Maintain quality standards throughout all stages of production
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing or quality inspection preferred
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions in English
- Familiarity with measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, rulers)
- Strong basic math and communication skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working around flashing lights or imagery (photosensitive individuals should use caution)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with detail part inspection
- Knowledge of Rotoflex rewinders or similar rewind equipment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Hands-on role requiring standing, movement, and attention to detail
MON-FRI 5:00am-1:30PM
Pay: $18.50 per hour
