Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Pay: $17.00–$20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 20–25 hours per week
About the Position
United Real Estate Strive 212 is seeking a professional, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to support our growing real estate brokerage.
This position combines office administration, transaction support, marketing assistance, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
This is not a traditional receptionist role. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting agents, coordinating office operations, assisting with marketing initiatives, and helping ensure the brokerage runs efficiently.
ResponsibilitiesOffice Administration
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist agents, clients, and vendors
- Manage office communications and daily administrative tasks
- Maintain office records, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate office supplies and maintenance requests
- Schedule appointments and assist with calendar management
Agent & Transaction Support
- Assist with agent onboarding and offboarding
- Review real estate documents for completeness and organization
- Process commission paperwork and maintain transaction records
- Prepare and distribute commission checks
- Collect and track monthly agent dues
- Provide administrative support to agents and brokerage leadership
Marketing & Social Media
- Create and schedule social media content
- Design flyers, graphics, and marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms
- Assist with company marketing initiatives and special projects
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate office meetings, trainings, and networking events
- Assist with event planning, communication, and logistics
- Coordinate with vendors, photographers, title companies, and other business partners
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail
- Some experience in administration and marketing is preferred
- Sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
- Knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
- Experience with Canva or graphic design tools is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling legal documents, financial records, and private information
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow
