About the Role
The Greater Green Bay Chamber is seeking a Creative Content Manager to lead the organization's social media presence and support the development of engaging digital content that advances the Chamber's mission, programs, events, and initiatives. As a key member of the marketing team, this position is responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media content across all Chamber channels. Through strategic storytelling, photography, videography, and content creation, the Creative Content Manager will help strengthen the Chamber's brand, increase audience engagement, and showcase the impact of the Chamber and its members.

This individual is passionate about digital marketing, stays current on emerging trends, and is committed to delivering high-quality content that supports organizational goals and drives results.
Primary Responsibilities
Chamber Social Media Management
- Develop, write, schedule, and publish content across all Chamber social media channels.
- Create and manage a comprehensive social media content calendar, ensuring consistent posting frequency and alignment with organizational priorities. Maintain and strengthen the Chamber's brand voice across all social media platforms.
- Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, mentions, and tags, responding appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Engage with Chamber members, investors, partners, and community organizations to foster meaningful online relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies that increase audience engagement, reach, and overall channel performance.
- Identify opportunities to amplify Chamber initiatives, programs, events, and member success stories through social media.
- Create, edit, and publish social media graphics, photography, video, and other multimedia content.
Analytics and Performance
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics, identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Utilize analytics to inform content strategy and optimize engagement, reach, and audience growth.
Digital Marketing and Innovation
- Stay informed on emerging social media trends, digital marketing best practices, platform updates, and new technologies.
- Recommend and implement innovative content ideas, growth opportunities, and digital engagement strategies.
Content Creation and Event Coverage
- Capture photography and video of Chamber events, programs, members, locations, and community activities as needed.
- Support the development of marketing and promotional content for Chamber initiatives and campaigns.
Collaboration and Organizational Support
- Interact and communicate in a positive, professional, and responsive manner with Chamber members, colleagues, investors, and the public.
- Collaborate across departments to support organizational goals, events, and marketing initiatives.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement through effective collaboration, documentation, and communication.
- Assist with special projects, event participation, and other departmental responsibilities as assigned.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
- Associate degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field preferred.
- One to two years of experience in social media management, content creation, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Canva Pro and social media platform management.
- Experience using Google Analytics and social media analytics tools to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
- Experience creating and editing video content for social media preferred.
- Basic graphic design skills preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to stay informed of emerging social media, digital marketing, and content creation trends and apply them appropriately.
- Positive, collaborative, and service-oriented approach to working with members, colleagues, and the public.
- Commitment to supporting and advancing the Chamber's mission, vision, and organizational goals.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
