Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Licensed Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your hands-on skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise installations
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for pipe threading, cutting, fitting, and assembly tasks
- Perform welding and other mechanical tasks necessary for secure pipe connections and system integrity
- Conduct heavy lifting and manual labor to move materials and equipment safely around the site
- Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow
- Follow safety protocols diligently while working on construction sites to prevent accidents or injuries
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction plumbing systems and installation techniques
- Experience with blueprint reading and interpreting schematics for accurate project execution
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools
- Mechanical aptitude with understanding of HVAC systems and general building mechanics
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in demanding environments
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout work
- Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols
- Hands-on experience with remodeling projects or handyman tasks is a plus
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience driving construction vehicles is advantageous
- Strong problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in assembly and troubleshooting tasks

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
