We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Master Esthetician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Provide a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, and eyelash extensions with precision and care.
- Perform advanced skincare procedures such as esthetic laser treatments, chemical peels, and dermabrasion to address various skin concerns.
- Deliver spa services like body waxing, facial massages, deep tissue massage, and makeup application to enhance client relaxation and appearance.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and retail sales to promote ongoing skin health and brand loyalty.
- Maintain strict sanitation standards for all tools, equipment, and treatment areas to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional experience from start to finish.
- Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable products based on individual skin types and concerns while demonstrating product use when appropriate.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Master Esthetician or in a similar skincare or spa role with a strong portfolio of aesthetic treatments.
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser procedures.
- Skilled in providing spa services such as waxing (body waxing), eyelash extensions, makeup application, and deep tissue massage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and clearly explain treatment options.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety protocols consistently.
- Experience in retail sales or product demos that enhance client engagement and satisfaction is preferred.
- Certification as a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist is required; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced skincare are a plus.

Pay: $23.00 - $50.00 per hour
