BBehavior Autism Services is a new ABA provider launching in Fall 2026 with one goal: to create an exceptional workplace for clinicians while delivering exceptional care to children and families.
We're looking for passionate BCBAs who value collaboration, ethical care, and being part of a company where their voice matters. Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide caregiver training and support
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and payer requirements
Qualifications
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Eligible to practice in Florida
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, family-centered care

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
